2), TV/DVD player, fully furnished separate kitchen, bathroom with WC
and washing machine.
First floor: attic bedroom with double bed (width 160cm), landing with HIFI.
Shady courtyard with garden furniture.
This rental is non smoking and pets are not allowed.
The property has been awarded 3 KEYS under the CLEVACANCES rating system and *** by the Prefecture.

A deposit of 350 euros must be paid upon arrival and will be returned on departure with the keys.

with a furnished studio with kitchenette in the heart of the historic
village of Maintenon.
The studio is situated on the first floor of a new apartment complex in
a quiet street, close to the station ,shops ,and restaurants and offers
private secure parking.
Our prices include sheets and towels .
The studio is NON SMOKING.
Animals are NOT ALLOWED.
