Our Cottage is located in the historic centre of Chartres, just a stone’s throw from its famous Cathedral and the Tourist Office. The cottage has been lovingly renovated and equipped to the highest standards throughout but has retained its olde worlde charm and original features. The two-level cottage in a very quiet street looks over a private courtyard equipped with garden furniture.

The property offers on the ground floor a lounge-dining area with comfortable sofa bed (for 2 people), TV/DVD, separate and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with WC and washing machine. On the upper level under the eaves, there is a bedroom with double bed (160cm) and HIFI. |

We can also offer a comfortable and spacious (27 sqm) furnished apartment in the historic town of Maintenon.
The studio apartment is situated on the first floor of a new apartment block just off a quiet street, close to the train station on the Paris-Chartres line and within walking distance of the town’s shops and restaurants. Guests can use the private car park inside the apartment complex.

The studio is sunlit and comfortable, with fully equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster, kettle, grilled sandwich maker and coffee machine) giving on to the living area with television. It is fitted with dual-glazing and automatic shutters to ensure your tranquility. The studio sleeps two people (2 beds 90cm/200cm).
There is a full sized bathroom with bath/shower, WC and washing machine.
There are spacious cupboards in the entrance.

The total rental amount will be debited from your card 30 days before the rental arrival date.
